Galadari Hotel is one among the finest five star hotels in Sri Lanka with the best of dinning, accommodation and entertainment facilities. The 450 roomed beauty is located facing the foaming ripples of the Indian Ocean and remains to be one of the best five star hotels in Sri Lanka. One can easily get lost in unearthly cuisines, cozy hideouts, heavenly surrounding and the best of services. This is not only the best place to relax, eat and indulge, but is also the finest place to celebrate. On behalf of Dubai Fashion Tour I had the privilege to experience this amazing place thanks to the humble invitation by Mr.Suhail Galadari.

The quote “Old is Gold” is a true when it comes to Galadari Hotels. It has an ethnic touch that makes it unique yet beautiful. On arrival I was given The Presidential Suite at the hotel. The Presidential Suite was a ‘luxurious private residence’ that boasted an extra-large parlor, designer master bedroom and a guest room. It had furnishings that spelled ‘royalty’ and make me feel as if I had stepped into a beautiful palace with modern amenities. Secluded on the 14th floor, with a stunning view of the Indian Ocean, the luxury & comfort offered here made me feel pampered to the fullest.

Some of the highlights of the suite were- the magnificent conference room, the large sitting room, the master bedroom with a Jacuzzi for two, walk in shower with a rain shower head, steam room and so on.

As I had visited during the month of Ramadan, I had an amazing iftar at ‘Sheherezade Restaurant’. The breakfast buffet was also equally amazing. They had an excellent room service and the ambiance very warm and cozy. I have an eye for details and I really loved the designs of their wooden reception desks.   I wasn’t very happy with the internet service. The WiFi was pretty slow and there were times when I was disconnected for hours. Regardless the experience was amazing and I definitely would love to come back and stay again.
